Matcha Latte

This vibrant green latte is a soothing mix of earthy matcha and silky milk foam — perfect for mindful mornings or cozy afternoons. 

Ingredients:
●1 tsp matcha powder
●2 oz hot water
●6 oz warm milk (dairy or plant-based)
●1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Recipe:
Start by sifting and whisking 1 tsp matcha for the Matcha Latte powder with 2 oz hot water in a bowl until fully dissolved and frothy. Meanwhile, heat 6 oz of milk to about 60°C
(140°F) and use your milk frother to create a smooth, creamy foam. Pour the
frothed milk over the matcha, stir gently, and add 1 tsp honey if desired. The milk
frother brings the perfect velvety texture that elevates this simple drink.
